As Christians we understand the importance of care for the environment. We believe that God created us to be good caretakers of the natural world and at St Alban’s we do our best to ensure that our actions positively impact our local environment and the planet.
We would like to demonstrate our care for the environment by partnering with A Rocha UK and applying for a Bronze Eco Church award in 2024.
We aim to reach the Bronze award:
- through our worship and teaching
- in how we look after our buildings and land
- in how we engage with our local community global campaigns
- In our own personal lives
We are going to do our best to care for God’s creation as an integral part of loving our neighbours and following God faithfully.
We hope you will help St Alban’s go for Bronze in 2024.
