Worship at St. Alban's Church, Offerton

Worship is at the heart of parish life at St. Alban's. The church offers a diverse pattern of worship throughout the week, both contemporary and traditional. St. Alban's seeks to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ in Offerton through worship, example and service - making Christ known to the world.

The Storytime Service

Our new Storytime Service at St. Alban's is a fantastic new service especially designed for children aged 0-7 and their carers.

At the service (which lasts for 25 minutes), we read a bedtime story and sing some simple songs in a safe storybook environment. It's great for people who don't usually come to church, or who are just beginning to explore the Christian faith.

Lots of children come to the service, of all different ages, and they love the stories, songs and- best of all- the hot chocolate and mashmallows afterwards! As well as being a lovely family event, a story before bed also helps children to develop regular sleep patterns.

The Storytime Service happens every Sunday evening, 4pm at St. Alban's. All 0-7 year olds and their carers welcome!
